Thanks for the forum... I am nervous to get pregnant due to my history of syncope. I got it when I was in my teens and I have had it off and on since. I am now 25. I have had some really bad episodes where I have been rushed to the hospital. The doctors did an ultra sound on my heart and found that the valves of my heart are not all facing the direction they should be. This makes it hard for me

Thank you for this information. Is this possible as early as 4 weeks pregnant? I fainted last night for the first time in my life - it was so scary - and my period is due today but has not come. I realize it still could, but fainting, for me, is very strange. Pregnancy is certainly possible - but not sure if I'd be far enough along. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.
